Shipping Policy

All products in this shop are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. Your items begin production as soon as your order is placed.


Processing Times

  • Standard production time: 2 to 7 business days

  • Production time may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled

Each item may be shipped separately depending on the products ordered, as different items may come from different fulfillment centers.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. Typical timeframes:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days

  • Canada: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers may experience delays outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Quantity ordered

Printful sets base rates, and Shopify calculates your final shipping total automatically.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on fulfillment center locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as they go out.


Wrong Address Policy

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The carrier may return the package to sender

  • Reshipment costs may apply

  • We cannot refund or replace the order for free

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.


Lost or Stalled Packages

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Confirm the address used at checkout

  3. Contact your local carrier office

If a package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), email us at hello@rockywestdesignstudio.com and we will review the issue and arrange a replacement when appropriate.


Customs & Import Fees

International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
